I ordered the basil chicken and my friend got the general tsao chicken lunch special. Wow! The general tsao chicken was so amazingly crispy, with a nice tangy sauce and hot and fresh out of the wok! My basil chicken was delicious, lots of veggies and a great basil flavor. Our servers were friendly and nice and very efficient. This restaurant is authentic and much better than many that I've gone to. I will definitely be back! ”

“ My coworker talked me into ordering lunch form here when I had THE ONLY craving for sushi and now we're both hooked. We usually get the maki lunch specials, two or three rolls with your choice of soup or salad. The menu prices have recently increased. The 2-roll maki lunch is $14 and the 3-roll lunch is now $18, up from 12/15 dollars, only a week ago. We always call the restaurant directly to order and they usually arrive within 45 minutes. The only downside is that the person who delivers won't enter our building and deliver directly to our office, citing that he can not enter a hospital. Our building is not a hospital; it is an office building with multiple medical offices and a Panera Bread in the lobby, but for whatever reason, the delivery person can't come in. This sometimes makes it difficult if I'm working alone because if I have patients at that time, I would have to run out to pick up my order when he could easily bring it in, as my office is on the main floor. However, I usually work with another employee so she'll run out and retrieve the food. Grub Rundown: Duck Dumplings - very tasty. My only issue is that I wish there were more! The filling to dough ratio is great and the sauce they come with is very sweet. I prefer a more savory and acidic dipping sauce. It tastes like straight hoisin but I still enjoy them. Chicken Dumplings - I always get pan-fried and they're good. Same generous filling to dough ratio. They're served with a standard dipping sauce. Tuna/Salmon Pizza - you can choose either tuna or salmon and they're both soooo good! It's a scallion pancake topped with your choice of fish, avocado, onion, tomato, jalapeño, eel sauce, spicy mayo and masago. This is definitely a vibe. Try it! Yellowtail Jalapeño - this is a nice app with thin-aloced yellowtail sashimi, jalapeño, chili sauce and yuzu soy sauce. It's great but pricey for the serving size. Crispy Spicy Tuna Dumpling - this is a cold app and it's not really a dumpling. It's a crispy fried shell filled with spicy tuna and guacamole. It's interesting and because I had a different picture in my mind when ordering it, I was thrown off. I don't like a ton of spicy tuna so it wasn't for me but if you like spicy tuna, get this because you'll probably love it. Miso Soup - always a full pint and tastes good. Garden Salad - it's mostly lettuce with one slice of cucumber and a small tomato. The significance orange dressing take it up a notch. Sashimi Lunch - comes with 12 pieces of sashimi and I usually get a soup with it, although, you can get a salad instead. If that's not enough, I'll get the Sushi & Sashimi Lunch special so that I get that extra roll. Maki Lunch - you have a choice of either two or three rolls. I usually get 3. I always get a salmon skin hand roll, which is pretty big and full of fried salmon skin, which I love. The shrimp tempura roll is another favorite and the third is a toss up of the yellowtail jalapeño, California or Alaska rolls. All of which are really good. Fried Oyster Roll - I did not care for this roll too much but it might have been because I was unable to eat it when it first was dropped off. I might order it again on a slow day at work. The food is always fresh and flavorful. Our soups are always still warm when the food is delivered. I have a few staples that I'll always order and I've also experimented with the menu and have never been disappointed. With the price increase, we might limit how often we order so sushi may become more of a special occasion thing for us from now on. ”
